Shakib Cham Dismisses Breakup Reports, Says Marriage to Zari Hassan Is Facing Challenges, Not Over

By BigEyeUg Team

Shakib Cham has broken his silence on reports that his marriage to socialite and businesswoman Zari Hassan has come to an end, insisting that their relationship is facing challenges but has not collapsed as many have claimed.

Speaking during an interview with Sanyuka TV, Shakib dismissed the widespread speculation about a breakup, explaining that disagreements are a normal part of any relationship and should not be mistaken for a permanent separation. According to him, couples often go through difficult moments that can be resolved through dialogue and understanding.

He emphasized that there is always room for reconciliation when genuine love still exists between two people. Shakib noted that a partner temporarily leaving a relationship does not necessarily signal the end, adding that discussions and mutual efforts can help address the issues that arise.

He suggested that the situation between him and Zari had been blown out of proportion because of the public attention surrounding their lives.

The businessman further revealed that communication between them never stopped, even after a statement announcing their separation surfaced online. Shakib said the two continued talking despite the public perception that they had gone their separate ways, insisting that there was never a complete breakdown in their relationship.

He also described Zari as an emotional person, saying he understands her better than anyone else because he is her husband.

His remarks come days after Zari shared a statement on social media announcing that the couple had decided to end their relationship after five years together. The statement, which appeared to be endorsed by both parties, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and indicated that they had chosen to move forward separately while maintaining respect for one another.
