Ugandan Prophet Brian Kagyezi Says He Was Shown a Vision of the End Times. What if the end of the world does not come with the warning many people expect?
Ugandan prophet Brian Kagyezi has shared a disturbing account of what he describes as a vision of the end of time an experience he says he had twice and which left him with a powerful message about spiritual preparedness.
According to Kagyezi, his vision showed people from different backgrounds confronted with what they understood to be the end of the world. While some were confident others were terrified. What disturbed him most, however, was that some of those who appeared to be Christians were among those who were not ready.
He described seeing people who were unable to rise, as though something was holding them to the ground.
The experience, in his interpretation, raised a difficult question: Is being a believer enough, or does true preparedness require something deeper?
Kagyezi did not claim to have been shown a specific date for the end of the world. Instead, he warned people against selling their property or making preparations around a particular date.
His message, he said, was simply: “Put your house in order.”
For Kagyezi, that instruction goes beyond physical preparation. It is about examining one’s heart, relationships, motives, priorities and the way they treat other people.
He said the vision also revealed people whose hearts had been consumed by materialism, hatred and indifference, despite their outward religious identity.
The message comes at a time when conversations about the future are increasingly dominated by climate change, wars, nuclear threats, artificial intelligence and other global risks. Yet Kagyezi’s warning shifts the focus from what may happen to the world to what may be happening inside individuals.
His account is likely to divide opinion. Some Christians may view it as a serious spiritual warning, while sceptics may dismiss it as another apocalyptic narrative. Others may simply see it as an opportunity for personal reflection.
But the question at the centre of his message is one that goes beyond religion:
If everything you have built disappeared tomorrow, what would remain of you?
Kagyezi says his experience strengthened his conviction in biblical teachings about the end times and left him with a responsibility to share the warning.
Whether his vision is interpreted literally, spiritually or psychologically, its central message is clear: prepare yourself, not for a date, but for the life you are living now.
