South Africa-based Ugandan socialite and businesswoman Zari Hassan has opened up about the challenges of maintaining a relationship, using her marriage with Shakib Cham as an example.
Zari admitted that relationships come with both good and difficult moments, revealing that her marriage has also faced its fair share of ups and downs.
“I had broken up with him and he said it was a stunt, then he dragged me back into marriage,” Zari said while speaking about a difficult period in their relationship.
The mother of five revealed that despite their challenges, she and Shakib are now back together, adding that her husband was not willing to give up on their marriage.
“My man can handle me. I don’t know how he manages me because I’m not easy, but he succeeds at it,” she said.
Zari explained that Shakib’s calm approach has helped them overcome disagreements, saying he avoids fighting and instead believes in resolving issues peacefully.
“Shakib doesn’t fight. He just tells you it’s some bad spirits disturbing you and then tells you to come back and settle,” she added.
