Singer Mulwana Patrick famously known as Alien Skin has revealed why he stopped performing at the ruling party NRM rallies.
He was among the few musicians that everyone in the party counted on because of the influence he has on the youth.
According to Alien Skin everyone wants money and most people have no problem with they get gigs with good money.
Unfortunately for him he always sees the bigger picture and so much changed when he heard rumors all over citing that the government is paying musicians on tax payers money.
He said that it was the end of it all and he decided to go back home and perform on genuine events with the money not got from the less privileged.
“I no longer perform at any NRM rallies specifically because of the rumours I heard. They said the money we get paid is the tax payers money and I am not ready to take that away from them,”
