UPDF FC embark on fight for survival

NJERU

UPDF could complete a double over BUL for the first time since 2016/17 if they win at the Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru on Tuesday.

The army side beat the Jinja based side 2-0 with Bernard Muwanga and Samson Kintu getting the goals.

The Bombo based club come into the game on the back of a 2-0 win over Busoga United and with their games against BUL always close, they fancy their chances.

BUL are second on the table with 39 points, one behind top placed Kitara who have played one more game.

Abbey Kikomeko’s men have won just once in the last five games and drew 1-1 with URA in the last outing.

UPDF are second from bottom with 13 points but have only won one game away from home.
