Bebe Cool has accused former Miss Rwanda Jolly Mutesi of fraud, claiming she failed to deliver on a promised form of assistance after gaining his trust in what he describes as a misleading arrangement.
According to Bebe Cool, Mutesi allegedly promised to help him advance his son’s football dreams by leveraging connections with English Premier League side Arsenal. He claims the agreement was made through conversations that later turned suspicious when the promised assistance did not materialise.
In her defence, Jolly Mutesi dismissed the allegations, insisting that Bebe Cool may have been communicating with an impersonator rather than her. She advised the singer to be more careful in his dealings and “use common sense” when engaging in such sensitive matters.
To support his claims, Bebe Cool shared screenshots of an alleged WhatsApp conversation in which the individual identified as “Jolly Mutesi” allegedly offered to assist with his son’s football career.
In the messages, the sender makes several strong accusations and claims of knowledge about Bebe Cool’s personal affairs, while also referencing connections in Uganda and Rwanda.
The authenticity of the messages has not been independently verified, and neither party has provided conclusive evidence confirming the identity of the account involved.
