Spice Diana and Manager Roger’s once-thriving partnership has now spiraled into a bitter fallout, with rumors of betrayal, financial disputes, and personal interference dominating Uganda’s entertainment scene.
For over a decade, Spice Diana (real name Namukwaya Hajara Diana) and Lubega Roger, popularly known as Manager Roger, were inseparable in the Ugandan music industry.
Together, they built Spice Diana into one of the country’s most bankable stars, with Roger steering her career through hit singles, sold-out concerts, and lucrative endorsements.
Their relationship was often described as more than just professional—Roger was seen as a mentor, confidant, and the backbone of Spice Diana’s brand.
Reports of cracks in their partnership began surfacing in late 2024. Media outlets claimed Spice Diana had walked away from Source Management, Roger’s label, and was now handling her bookings and career decisions independently.
Allegations suggested Roger was left “surviving off commission” while Spice took full control of her earnings.
Rumors swirled that a wealthy new boyfriend had advised Spice to “restructure” her management, ultimately pushing Roger out.
According to the rumours, the singer actually confiscated Manager Roger’s phone because he was getting bookings on her behalf and it hasn’t been returned to him whatsoever.
Spice Diana and manager Roger haven’t made their separation very public and they are still pretending like they work together.
