Singer Sheebah Kalungi also known as Queen Sheebah has responded to critics about her motherhood and feminism at the same time.
She said that she is tired of hearing people question why she gave birth yet she also declared herself as a feminist and wants full rights for women.
According to Sheebah, she has always wanted to be a mother and she is extremely happy that she has a healthy and happy child .
The singer explained that feminism doesn’t tell women not to give birth. It is about women knowing their rights and using them.
But when it comes to her child it is her priority and she is still going to be the feminist and fight for the rights of the women like she has always done.
“I don’t understand why people question why I gave birth yet I am a feminist . There is no one that says that feminists don’t give birth. It is all about the rights of women and having children is one of the many rights,”
