Celebrated Ugandan choreographer Ritah Dancehall has spoken highly of her former boss, singer Ziza Bafana, describing him as one of the best artists she has ever worked with.
“He was a dad to me. He is one of the most, if not the best, artists I have worked with in this industry,” Ritah Dancehall revealed.
She further explained that despite working closely with him for a long time, Ziza Bafana never took advantage of their relationship.
“Despite me being close to him for so long, he has never asked for sexual favors from me,” Ritah Dancehall added.
Her remarks come at a time when many female dancers and artists often share stories of exploitation in the music industry.
Ritah’s testimony paints Ziza Bafana as a respectful and professional artist who values talent and work ethic above personal gain.
Ziza Bafana is known for his energetic performances and hit songs that have kept him relevant in Uganda’s dancehall scene.
