Sensational TikToker Pius Bianca is back to doing bisekiso content on TikTok after minister for the youth Balaam Barugahara failed to pay the promised school fees.
He said that he is very young but comes from a humble background and he is the only one that can help the family get something to eat.
The tiktoker was stopped from doing her content some time back claiming that he is too young to be on the phone. Minister Balaam had promised to take him back to school and pay all the fees until the end.
The schools opened and Bianca hasn’t been able to go back which he thinks they lied to him and now wants to get back to his usual self and make some money.
As a young person who comes from the village he will not wait for opportunities to come for him he is willing to look for each and every opportunity for himself until he makes it out in the end.
Minister Balaam hasn’t said anything about this matter as he promised different young people on the internet to change their lives through education.
