Faded singer King Michael has come out to curse the day he ever joined the NRM. The singer said that this is a decision he greatly regrets and wishes he had never done.
It should be noted that Michael alongside other singers such as Bebe Cool, Catherine Kusasira were vital to President Museveni’s 2021 presidential campaigns.
However, Michael says that there is no amount of money now that can make him rejoin the NRM. The Muko Muko singer said that at one of his concerts, 80 percent of the revelers who attended were wearing red people power berets and had warnings for him.
“Honestly there isn’t an amount of money that can get me back in the NRM. Not even a grader can push me back because what I felt there is unexplainable.”
“Politics is really bad and divisive. I remember one day on my concert, 80% of the people were putting on red berets. Each of them that came to the stage to give me money asked me why I had sold out. They warned me that this was the last time I was getting their support,” said Michael.
