Social media has been left in shock after a video was uploaded on social media showing a certain caretaker of a college in Mityana slapping a student mercilessly.
According to news it’s said that this askari beat this student for delaying to go for lectures.
He can be seen dragging her out of the dormitories when she’s half nekkid.
And when she tries to resist, he lands a hot slap on her that leaves social media and the onlookers also shivering.
According to further sources, this askari has been identified as Tumwebaze Andrew.
The incident happened at Mityana Institute of Nursing and Midwifery.
It’s said that this is a common practice of Tumwebaze as he usually goes to the girls dormitories unannounced.
Several members of the public have called upon for his punishment because of his inhumane unbecoming behavior.
