Musicians Dax Vibez and Mikie Wine were reportedly arrested in the early hours of Monday morning while returning from a performance in Jinja.
According to a video shared by BigEye.ug, the two artists, were intercepted by police at around 2 AM shortly after performing at Baba TV’s Ekitudha event that happened in Bugembe.
The arrest reportedly occurred within the vicinity of Jinja town.
At the time of writing, the exact reason behind the arrest remains unclear.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement, and efforts to reach representatives from either artist’s camp for comment have so far been unsuccessful.
