The just concluded Altar’d Sound Schools Edition at Hanna International School was more than a music event it was a powerful moment of inspiration, reflection, and spiritual awakening for the students.
The highlight of the day was an electrifying performance by Nina Roz, who captivated students with her powerful music and uplifting energy. Beyond the stage performance, she took time to engage the students in an honest and impactful conversation about substance abuse and the importance of making responsible life choices.
Speaking candidly about her personal journey, Nina Roz shared a heartfelt testimony, telling the students, “As a victim, I am here to share how I overcame drugs.” Her story deeply resonated with many in the audience, serving as a reminder that no matter the struggle, it is possible to overcome challenges and rebuild one’s life.
The moment of reflection continued when Apostle Jonah led the students in prayer and delivered a powerful sermon encouraging them to believe in their potential. His message emphasized faith, discipline, and resilience, assuring the students that “you can make it from where you are.”
Another memorable highlight of the event was the celebration of students with birthdays. Through the Greener Birthday Initiative by Millennials for Christ Ministries, the students marked their special day by cutting a birthday cake and planting a tree promoting environmental responsibility while celebrating life.
Hosted by Millennials for Christ Ministries, the Altar’d Sound Schools Edition proved to be far more than just an entertainment event. It became a meaningful platform where music, testimony, mentorship, prayer, and environmental awareness came together to inspire the next generation.
Students left not only entertained but also empowered with renewed hope, valuable wisdom, and the courage to make better choices for their lives.
