The President of Uganda H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni left his citizens in stitches as he was hilariously struggling to pronounce UEDCL.
He said that the letters are so many he can’t keep up instead he prefers calling it the former UMEME that is much easier for him.
President Museveni is naturally a funny man and she is always cracking it on while addressing the nation with funny phrases.
This time around, when he was told to try and announce the word, he said that he is going to die if he continues trying.
He instead said people have understood what he is trying to say and that is what that matters the most to him.
