Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s much-anticipated #20YearsOfPastorWilsonBugembe celebrations kicked off in style on Friday night with a spectacular day one show at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
The celebrity pastor, known for his inspirational gospel music and philanthropic work, delivered an unforgettable performance that many described as one of the best ever hosted at the venue.
The night was primarily owned by Bugembe himself, with only a few select guest performances from Nina Roz, Lydia Jazmine, Chris Evans, and Mesach Semakula.
The concert attracted a star-studded audience, with notable figures such as the Katikkiro of Buganda, Pastor Aloysius Bujjingo, Maama Fiina, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, Eddy Kenzo, State Minister for Minerals Phiona Nyamutoro, and songbird Rema Namakula all gracing the event.
In a special highlight of the evening, Pastor Bugembe received a Shs 20 million contribution from President Yoweri Museveni, delivered in person by Minister Phiona Nyamutoro, as a gesture of support for his ministry and ongoing work.
The celebrations are far from over, with day two set for today at the same venue and the grand finale scheduled for Sunday at his church in Nansana.
