Ugandan singer Karole Kasita has opened up about her childbirth experience, revealing that she had a C-section delivery due to not being sexually active during her pregnancy.
The music star welcomed a healthy baby boy, named “King,” in January 2023.
Speaking in a recent interview, Karole said her doctors advised a Cesarean section because her body had become “too tight” from lack of sexual activity during the pregnancy period.

For months, there was speculation and debate over the identity of her child’s father.
Karole eventually put the rumors to rest by confirming that rapper Feffe Bussi is the baby’s father.
The two have since gone public with their relationship, appearing together at several events and sharing moments on social media.
