Ugandan singer Lil Pazo has come out in support of fellow artist Khalifah Aganaga, who is contesting for the Kawempe North Member of Parliament seat.
Lil Pazo stated that Khalifah does not need to know all the parishes in Kawempe now, as he will learn them once he gets the position.
This statement comes after Khalifah Aganaga faced criticism during a live TV interview where he failed to mention the parishes under the Kawempe North constituency, where he is running.
Many viewers questioned his preparedness for the role, sparking debate on social media.
Despite the backlash, Khalifah remains determined to compete in the forthcoming by-elections. He will be representing the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party.
His supporters believe he has the potential to bring change, regardless of the recent controversy.
The by-election in Kawempe North is expected to be highly competitive, with several candidates vying for the position.
