Ugandan comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi has shared the story behind his famous trademark hairstyle, which he first adopted during his visit to the United Kingdom in 2003.
According to Amooti, he traveled to the UK for a performance and visited a Ghanaian barber for a haircut.
The barber, impressed by Amooti’s status as a comedian, decided to give him a unique hairstyle. Since then, the look has become his signature style.
For years, Amooti has remained one of Uganda’s top comedians.
His talent and creativity continue to entertain audiences, keeping him at the peak of the comedy industry.
