Kampala city socialite Nasser Nduhukire alias Don Nasser, and city babe Promise Ateete were committed to the High Court for trial over allegations of trafficking and defiling a minor.
The state alleges that the duo trafficked and defiled a 16-year-old girl between May 3 and May 27, 2024.
According to the state, the victim a young babe had returned to Uganda from Qatar on April 20, 2024, to retake some exams. She was enrolled at MAT ABUCUS for Cambridge exams and stayed with her paternal aunt in Naguru.
However, the victim disappeared on May 3, 2024, and failed to respond to her aunt’s repeated calls. Investigations revealed that the victim’s phone was tracked, showing communication with Ateete, who used Snapchat to communicate with her.
She later admitted to connecting her to Don Nasser who slept with while playing adulthood games.
Don Nasser is currently behind bars as his lawyers are working to get him bail so that he can fight the case out of prison.
Unfortunately he hasn’t managed to secure any bail for a few time he has had his case in court listened to by the judge.
