Uganda Police have confirmed the arrest of popular musician Patrick Mulwana, widely known as Alien Skin, following allegations of assaulting medical staff at Nsambya Hospital.
The incident unfolded after the death of Joram Tumwesigye, a member of Alien Skin’s Fangone Forest group.
According to a statement released by Nsambya Hospital, Tumwesigye succumbed to severe injuries after being crushed by a truck that pinned him against a wall.
In a video shared widely on social media, Alien Skin and his group were seen storming the hospital, demanding Tumwesigye’s body and the autopsy report. The altercation escalated, leaving a doctor and two security officers seriously injured.

Police spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke confirmed the arrest, stating:
“We have in our custody musician Patrick Mulwana, alias Alien Skin, whom we have apprehended on allegations of assaulting medical staff of Nsambya Hospital. More details to be shared later.”
