Over the weekend, Lydia Jazmine performed in Ishaka under unusual circumstances. Despite being hired for the show, the promoter failed to pay her performance fee, leaving the singer in a difficult situation.
Jazmine revealed that she spent hours backstage waiting for her payment, but it never came through.
Addressing the crowd, she shared her frustration, saying, “I came already, I’m there waiting to perform and the promoter doesn’t want to pay me to sing. Then he will go on to accuse me of refusing to show up and sing.”
