Singer Rema Namakula is considered to be one of the best female musicians in Uganda at the moment.
Beauty Rema can sing anything and still make it sound so beautiful. I get goosebumps every time I listen to Remas music. She has something that not everyone does.
Wherever Rema has rendered her Voice, it’s been a hit. She has mastered her “Moanery” style so well. She brings in that kyejjo voice that makes it even more powerful… Please listen to Wandisa Ki.
While it’s true her writers have not done much in their versatility, she has delivered on everything they’ve penned down. All her songs are hit songs.
Unlike Azawi, Rema Because of her genre of music, the fact that she typically sings in Luganda, Rema May never cross so many borders for the world to see her talents but will always be that woman with the golden voice.
The second reason is because she is a family woman. This alone limits her ability to spread her wings to fly freely. I appreciate her for this though Family over EVERYTHING.
It should be noted that Rema isn’t very international but she makes good money in Uganda.
