Landowner allegedly distances himself from Ms. Kasuubo Jane’s claims that he wants Ugx 350m to sell the piece of land connecting to the late Mowzey Radio’s grave.
The land owner said the family of Mozey Radio is very disrespectful and they always make bad promises that they know they will never full fill. He said he doesn’t want anything anymore.
“They proposed purchasing the land for UGX 15 million. Frank made an initial payment of UGX 1 million, with a promise to settle the remaining balance once funds from Bryan White materialized,” Henry said.
However, the family failed to complete the payment, leading Henry to reclaim his land, which he noted had been used for illicit activities.
“I have come to say that I am not selling my land. I have never asked for UGX. 350M as claimed in the media. I have my land title and I’m asking the government for help. I want these people (Radio’s family) who trespassed on my land to vacate it because I need to use it.
I spent three years without stepping on that land. I had given up on it because the last time I visited; they beat me up so badly. This scared my lawyer from taking the case to court out of fear,” he adds on .
It should be noted that Ugandans are not happy with Mozey Radio’s mother asking for any money from them.
They said they have done everything they wanted to do and they are not going to give in any money ever after all she is using the late son to beg the money.
