Gaddafi FC can’t afford any more slip ups

Gaddafi must beat Maroons or else totally lose ground in the race for survival when the two meet at Gaddafi Arena in Jinja.

The Jinja army side have had a season to forget and sit second from bottom with 19 points, six behind safety.

With just one win in the last fifteen matches, Gaddafi’s survival is not entirely in their hands.

Maroons are on 39 points in 7th position and will be favourites despite being away on the day.

At Kakyeeka, Mbarara City host URA with the latter seeking to complete their first ever double over the Ankole Lions.

However, URA are undefeated against Wasswa Bbosa’s men who sit 11th with 30 points, just five behind 8th placed tax men.

In the last game of the day, KCCA host UPDF in a fixture the army side wants to win to keep race in the survival alive.

The Kasasiro will close the gap to four points over the top side, BUL while the army side want to win to move within a point of safety.

At the moment, UPDF are on 21 points while KCCA are on 42 points.
