The collaboration between Pallaso and Jamaican dancehall award-winning musician Koshens has drawn criticism from up-and-coming musical group Ugaboys.
Pallaso underperformed on the song, according to Ugaboys, and it would have been better if Alien Skin and Koshens had worked together.
They argue that the public has been inundated with poor content, particularly from Pallaso, whose naive lyrics failed to leave an impression.
“Konshen’s song with Pallaso isn’t a good one; Uncle Pallaso underperformed. In fact, if we had a chance, we would have told Konshens to do a song with Alien Skin Ug; they would have blended very well. It explains why his song with Fik Gazaa Music is doing well,” they claimed in an interview with a local television.
Ugaboys think that if Koshens and Alien Skin had worked together, their song would have been as amazing as the Banana remix.
