Woman Representative of Dokolo District Hon Cecilia Barbra has been announced dead today morning.
She has been struggling with cancer and that is what led to her ultimate death outside the country.
Hon Cecilia Barbra Ogwal has been out of the country for some months. She was taken to india to get better treatment for her cancer.
Unfortunately she couldn’t get much help from their to save her life hence losing it at a certain point.
The body of Hon Cecilia Barbra Ogwal has been brought back to the country and the burial details haven’t been revealed to the public.
