Nelson Senkatuka stars again as Soltilo Bright Stars beat UPDF at Kavumba

Man of the moment Nelson Senkatuka proved yet again how valuable he is to Soltilo Bright Stars when he scored the winning goal as his side beat UPDF FC at Kavumba

Defender Samuel Kato Nemeyimana gave Bright Stars an early lead with a header from Yasin Mugume’s well delivered corner kick in the 11th minute.

The army side fought back and found an equalizer through Rashid Farid in the 54th minute.

Senkatuuka restored the lead for the home side with a header from another Mugume corner kick in the 71st minute and ultimately won all three points.

The win took Soltilo Bright Stars to the 9th place with 14 points from the 12 games played.

UPDF remained second from the bottom with nine points and are winless in the last five games.

Bright Stars will visit NEC FC in their next game on Friday 29th at Lugogo while UPDF will host KCCA at Bombo a day earlier.
