Blogger Ashburg Kato is officially leaving NRM to rejoin National Unity Platform (NUP) which he had left some years back.
She posted on social media saying he has left NRM and he doesn’t have plans of joining again as he has had enough.
In the video posted on social media, Ashburg Kato said when he joined NRM, he lost almost everything he had and gained nothing completely from it.
He did give a specific reason why he has finally decided to leave although he said no returning back to the party.
“BYE BYE JAJJA 👋🙏
BYE BYE NRM 👋🙏
It’s by this time that i’ve decided to quit NRM… And i will never vote anything Museveni again 😪😡,”
It should be noted that Facebook actually shut down his social media platforms after several people reported him.
He is the reason why Facebook is still illegal here in Uganda.
