Kawempe North Member of Parliament Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya has promised to spray his constituency with perfume everyday
He made this statement after being released from prison where he spent almost two years.
Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana were arrested on allegations of murdering the people of Masaka in 2021.
Having been in the media before joining the active politics, Hon Ssegirinya is very good at showbiz and stunts like it works.
To get back on his feet, Hon Ssegirinya is putting up the show and making himself get recognized again as Men updates.
In his recent interview he said he is looking at spraying perfume in Kawempe North so that the streets smell well.
Hon Ssegirinya said he knows that is going to work for his people as they are tired of staying in filthy smelling places.
