Journalists are facing it rough as they do their work covering the protest of medical interns.
They have been beaten beyond repair by police as they tried to pick up every details of the story at Mulago hospital.
Intern doctors have been begging for salary increase from government for a longtime. They have tempted to protest but all has ended on their way without doing any actions.
The president has promised them increase for now the fifth year but nothing has been added on them despite the hard work.
They planned for the protest last week and police got to know about it hence stopping it today before it even began.
Journalists are one of the people that have faced it rough today and some have been severy injured now nursing wounds in hospital.
No one has lost his or her life in the protest but some will have permanent injuries on their bodies.
