Events promoter Balaam Barugahala has surprised many Ugandans as he knelt for the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Mwenda Mutebi.
Balaan had a moment with him yesterday as he by passed one of the beaches in Entebbe to check on his people.
In Buganda , kneeling is one of the most important things in the culture although it is known for ladies as a way of paying respect to the elders.
But since it is the Kabaka, some men decide to kneel down while greeting and talikng to him.
Balaam Barugahala not being a Muganda surprised many with the respect he showed the Kabaka some are still wondering if he meant it.
