A man in Mbarara Western Uganda has shocked people as he climbed on electric wires alongside the road.
The video was recorded by someone in the building next to the electric wire.
The guy who was climbing the electric wire looked to be in his 20s and no one knows the reason why he was risking his life.
It is said that this young boy was got off the electric wire by police and he didn’t injure himself in the process because electricity was cut off.
