Musically, 2022 in Uganda has really been awesome and there isn’t much criticism that we can say about it.
Hits have been released by both new and tje old guard artistes.
Female musicians have on the other hand not accepted to be dominated by their male counterparts just as the previous years.
So without much hullabaloo, let’s look at the top 5 female artistes of 2022.
- Lydia Jazmine
Year in year out, Lydia Jazmine has now proved that she’s one of the best female amd gener artists in the Country .
The Masukka singer without a doubt ranks high among the most talented singers.
And 2022 hasn’t been any worse for her as she’s continued to grow musically, financially and also via her social media pages.
This can be attributed to both her talent and looks which are all an instant hit.
Jazmine this year released several songs such as Omutima which was an instant hit.
The only thing her fans want right now is a concert and there is speculation she might have one next year.
- Rema Namakula
What is a list without Rema Namakula on it?
For almost a decade now, Rema has slowly carved a place for herself as an absolute music genius.
With a family now settled, Rema is surely getting back to her real best that her fans are used to.
