And even when the head of the state has this humor, you just know it’s an inborn trait of the people.
For a long time, Museveni has always expressed his huge sense of humor during his addresses and this was the case at a recent address in the US.
Museveni was at the US-AFRICA leaders summit last week and told to address the congregation.
He was however informed that he had 5 minutes to speak all he had to.
Museveni on getting onto the podium said that he hadn’t traveled 4000 miles from Uganda to the US to speak for just 5 minutes.
And he indeed did ‘kujikwatako’- the time he qas given is what we mean.
